The Thang
Scoober had set up lanterns in a diamond shape. The PAX counted off into 1s and 2s. There were two stations set up across the diamond with the same list of exercises at each. The pax was to do the first exercise and then run around the light to the other station and do the 1st and 2nd exercise, then run around the next light and do the first 3 exercises and continue this until Omaha is called.

Each group got through the OH claps, Omaha was called after completion of the burpees at the next station and we moseyed back to teh flags, encouraging the guys finishing the Iron Pax Challenge on the way.

My wife and I had a rough couple days and weekend this past week. We kept getting into fights over stupid crap. After one particularly rough argument, I was downstairs playing foosball with my daughter when i got a message on my phone. My wife had send me something she saw on twitter that hit home for her and turns out it hit home for me too.
