“Iron sharpens iron.” Â F3 Omaha’s newest workout – Paradise Island kicks off Wednesday, November 28. Â It is the first AO to combine F3’s commitment to fitness and faith. Â Workouts will begin at 5:15AM, slightly earlier so the PAX can end their time together in a devotional at Paradise Bakery in Regency. Â
The Plague is the Site Q, and he has spent the last few weeks planning the launch and learning from other F3 Regions.  A brief devotional on men’s leadership topics from the Q source will  occur after the workout.  This offers a great opportunity to share and learn from other members of F3Omaha!
