CO-Q – MULLIGAN AND PATTON

YHC felt a sense of returning home as I have not been to the Octagon since the launch of Coronado. Thank you Golden Pike for suggesting the Site Q Swap. At 0530, 16 total PAX gathered at the shovel flags. It was a beautiful morning, 28 degrees (22 degree real feel)

YHC’S covered the mission statement, core principles, and disclaimer.

Warm-a-rama –

10 – SSH (IC)

10 – Cherry Pickers (IC)

10 – Wind Mills (ISlowC)

10 – Big Ones (IC)

10 – Downward Dogs

10 – Pigeons Right leg

10 – Pigeons Left leg

PRE THANG

Mulligan had the PAX do 11’s across the field

Merkins on the Northside of the field and Air Squats on the Southside

YHC in true Coronado fashion felt we had hit the total movement allotment for a Coronado beatdown so he had the PAX stay  in place for the THANG – I’m not sure if this was a great choice as we had little to no rest between sets.

COT

YHC spoke about how it felt to be back at Octagon, the site of his infamous tumble. I spoke about my recovery, the inception of Coronado, and with Mulligans help the launch of Coronado. I spoke about the importance of just posting, how much better my life is after joining F3. I spoke about the site we can now go to when we are a lttie bruised and or broken, and the possibility of the launch of a Bruiser friendly site in Sarpy County. I was great being back at Octagon and I had missed coffeteria at Khakis Café more that I had realized.
