The Thang:

We traveled west of the AO towards Blue Sage Elementary. The plan was to run 3.36 miles with 5 beat down stations and we nailed it.

First we ran west down George B Lake Parkway to the stop sign to circle up at Station #1 to do 10 IC SSH, 10 Squat Jumps and 10 Merkins.

We then turned left on 207th street to the next stop sign and went right on F Street. About .75 miles down F Street we circled up on the entrance of 213th Street to Station #2 to do 10 IC SSH, 10 Sumo Squats and 10 Chuck Norris Merkins.

We then got back on the road and continued down F Street until we hit Blue Sage Drive and took a right but circled up right away at Station #3 and hammered out 15 IC Dips and 15 Derkins.

Back on the road heading north on Blue Sage Drive we run past the elementary school until we hit our next roundabout (Station #4) to do 10 IC SSH, 10 IC Flutter Kicks and 10 IC Gas Pumpers.

Continuing down Blue Sage Drive until we turn east on Vinton Street and head down the biggest hill of the morning until we hit our last roundabout were we stopped at Station #5 to do 10 IC SSH and 5 Burpees OYO.

Now we are south on 205th Street to the next stop sign, then left on George B Lake Parkway and on to the shovel flags.

We finished the route with 2 mins and 14 seconds to spare so we did a little mary.

Totaled 3.36 miles for the beat down.

Name-o-Rama: was completed.
