PAX: T-Party, T-Ball, Longneck, Steeple, Lincoln Log (Respect, Respect), Double Nickle, Ozark (Respect) and YHC DaKine!
Q: DA KINE
8 PAX arrived at the Flags and heard the Core principles, mission statement, motto, and disclaimer. There were no FNGs… BOOO! PAX were promised to stay dry and keep moving at this running AO and with that off we went to explore a new hill near YHC’s house.
As we took off, we saw a Pax in the distance coming in from a pre-run so we circled back and got him we then jogged for few mins then stopped for a quick Warm-a-rama which consisted of side straddle hops, tappy taps, big boys and chinooks forward and backwards.
The THANG
It’s a running AO, everyone knows what we did… in the famous words of Forrest, Forrest Gump, “we was running”. We took off in the normal direction and made our way to the round about where we took the first right and ran down Cleveland to F street. We then headed east on F until 194th street, we took a quick stop to make sure we had everyone accounted for and then crossed over F street where we passed the baseball fields and then made our way up what I call “hill of death”.
At the top we turned back north on Cleveland made our way back across F street and up Atlas to finish.

- Due to the snow and longer route the PAX made it back to the flags later than anticipated. Therefor the PAX were spared 6 mins of Planks. Next time HIM, Next Time!

Patience is my word for 2023. I struggle with this on a daily basis and one way I am looking to improve is by going to THE BOOK (Bible). While in devotion these verses have helped Proverbs 14:29 “Whomever is slow to anger has great understanding, but he who has a hasty temper exalts folly” and John 13:7 “Jesus replied ‘You do not realize now what I am doing, but later you will understand’”. This is a reminder that it is not MY plan but his plan and if he has you at it, he will get you through it. Show love with patience and caring
