The Thang: (YHC is battling some plantar fasciitis again and kept the running to a bare minimum today, but we still burned some decent calories)
Lined up the coupons and PAX on one end, had a sandbag in the middle and then had 2 new sandbag KB’s on the far side
List of coupons exercises on near end were as follows:
AMRAP until 2 PAX were done with the 10 rep KB exercise on the far end
Criss Cross Upright Rows, Vertical Chest Press from your 6, Windshield Wipers over coupon, Curls, Shoulder Press, Skull Crushers on 6, Bent Over Rows, Goblet Squats, and Dropback Lunges
I didn’t know how many PAX would show up, so I also included some sandbag burpees for 2 more PAX to rotate through the line and the 60 # sandbag would be thrown behind your head for your partner to start his burpee (AMRAP)
KB exercises: Snatch, Swings, Thrusters, Goblet Clean, Halos, Single Arm Rows, and Lunges

Announcements and Prayers: 2nd F 2 club conundrum August 12th @ 8:00 am limited to first 36 PAX to signup, 3rd F Freed to Bleed at the end of August and also Brushup Omaha volunteer project, Prayers for PAX suffering from mental and physical injuries and issues
COT: Say “yes” when asked to do something by your M, friend, relative, or PAX member, when I think of High Impact Men, I don’t think of guys who say “no” and sit around their house and watch tv, I think of men who do stuff for others and for their community. Giving back to others is a great way to make an impact. We all have a limited amount of opportunities to make an impact, so start creating more opportunities for yourself by saying “YES!”
