The morning couldn’t have started any better as I HC via the tweet to Farva that we’d execute what I now understand to be a pre-pre run. (I must say, if you’ve not had the pleasure of an excursion with Farva, get it done ASAP. Highly Recommend!) Farva successfully drug me around the neighborhood and we were met by Mr. Miyagi and Flintstone for a pre-run. Flintstone is a hard working HIM. Fantastic chat too!
PAX Insights:
- Lincoln Log only has one (1) log! (shoutout Convoy for the confirmation)
- Farva is a fraternal twin, and so are his first two daughters, there are lots more twins in his family too.
- Bieber fartsacked today. (shoutout Convoy for the confirmation)
- Mr. Miyagi is arguably the greatest Site Q in Sarpy because he provides Casey’s breakfast pizza at all his Coffeeterias.

Air Chair Freeze Tag
- Count-a-rama. Number 10 is IT!
- PAX use quick feet / stick and move. Once tagged, go to wide leg Air Chair. Unfreezing only happens if someone crawls through frozen PAX legs. If no one is moving PAX perform penalty burpees.
Band-Aid Tag
- Everyone is it! You get tagged your hand becomes a band aid. Tagged twice other hand is a band aid. Get tagged three times, you gotta go to the hospital. 20 burpees gets you out! When everyone’s in the hospital we reset. Winner chooses core exercise!

Encouraged the PAX to take a moment and remember the men and women that paid the ultimate price in service to our country. Memorial Day weekend affords opportunities to relax, recuperate, and recover, but let’s not forget the freedom to even do that wasn’t free!
