7:00 am: 

INTRO:  F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith

MISSION – Plant, Serve and Grow small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.

7:03 am – Warm-o-rama

Did a quick mosey over to the side of one of the admin buildings across from the gym (in hopes of keeping out of the wind and cards staying in place… hopes were dashed) and did the following exercises:

15 Side-straddle hops (IC) 

5 Star Jumps

5 Hurpees (Hand Release Burpees)

5 Jungle Bois (Wide Legged Squats with hands touching below with jump on top with hands touching on top

5 Paula Abdul Squats (2-steps forward and 1 step back)

5 Toe Touch Merkins

5 Hatching Butterflies

5 Imperial Squat Walkers

2 Turkish Get Ups

5 Scorpion Dry Docks (One Leg in the Air)

5 Duck Walks

5 Gorilla Walks

5 Super Mario’s

5 Cadbury’s

7:08 am – The THANG:

I split the PAX into two groups so we would not have 15 people at one location at a time. First group did Bowser’s Castle (at original location) and the second group moseyed over by another admin building with a ramp to complete the Urban Moo Moo Meadows Race

Race #1: Bowser Castle

Four cones set up in a square with Powerups scattered throughout. PAX have to pick up a power-up if they don’t have one. PAX do the workout on the back of the powerup, then can use the powerup if they want.

Lap 1: Bernie

Lap 2: Super Mario’s

Lap 3: Cadbury’s

Race #2: Urban Moo Moo Meadows – Other admind building with Power Ups once again scattered around the course.

Lap 1: Bear Crawl

Lap 2: Duck Walk

Lap 3: Gorilla Walk

We went through the first course we were on twice and the other course once and then had a battle royal at Bowser Castle with half of the PAX going around backwards while the other PAX went the other way. Chaos and silliness ensued, but it was fun!
