Ethanol and YHC greeted the PAX at the shovel flag. T-Claps to the PAX who posted for the Pre-Run – No Doze, Plague, Vandelay, FDIC, Ethanol and YHC. After covering the mission and disclaimer, the PAX moseyed to the football practice field for Warm-A-Rama.

THANG Group 1: Diamonds Are Forever
Ethanol moved the “army of ones” to the battlefield, where the mission details were distributed. Operation “7 of Diamonds” was underway. Pax were divided into 4 groups and moved to their designated fighting positions. At each stop, we performed the designated exercise for a total of 7 reps. Once completed, the teams sprinted to the next point of the diamond. All together, we did 4 rotations, increasing the number of reps by 7 each time. There was not a lot of chatter, outside of the burpee station… However, I did get one of the most intense stare downs I have ever seen, at 70 yards, from Lowman… something about him not liking the audible to bear crawl in between stations on the last round… all in all, the beating was enjoyable. There will be a competition, at a later date, between Point Break and Crab Cakes, to see who the fastest bear crawler in Omaha is.

THANG Group 2: The Core of the Matter (GRINDER)
The PAX divided into partners. Partner A ran up the hill on the North side of the lake and completed 10 Merkins at the top of the hill. Partner B started doing 100 reps of the Core Exercises. The partners completed 100 reps cumulatively. When Partner A returned from the hill he tagged out Partner B and took over core exercise.

Announcements:
CSAUP. No Doze reminded everyone about the CSAUP tomorrow. We launch from Memorial Park at 6 AM and end at Paradise Cafe in Regency. We are raising money for ALL PLAY. This organization supports baseball leagues for physically disabled people. If we raise $500, we can sponsor an ALL PLAY team in Omaha. Recommended donations is $20 but any donation is welcome.
Shirts. We are selling CSAUP “The Bull” shirts for those completing tomorrow’s CSAUP. They will be available for order next week. Also, F3Omaha shirts will be available for order. Our last pre-order did not hit the 12 shirt minimum.
