The PAX broke off into two groups. Ethanol led his group to the track for ________.
THANG Group 1: Diamonds Are Forever

Ethanol moved the “army of ones” to the battlefield, where the mission details were distributed. Operation “7 of Diamonds” was underway. Pax were divided into 4 groups and moved to their designated fighting positions. At each stop, we performed the designated exercise for a total of 7 reps. Once completed, the teams sprinted to the next point of the diamond. All together, we did 4 rotations, increasing the number of reps by 7 each time. There was not a lot of chatter, outside of the burpee station… However, I did get one of the most intense stare downs I have ever seen, at 70 yards, from Lowman… something about him not liking the audible to bear crawl in between stations on the last round… all in all, the beating was enjoyable.  There will be a competition, at a later date, between Point Break and Crab Cakes, to see who the fastest bear crawler in Omaha is.

Pre-Thang Group 2: String of Pearls trekking to Lake.
YHC led a group to the lake.
Mosey to the Farmers Market: Lateral Step ups (10 each leg)
Mosey to the Baseball Bleachers: 25 Dips
Mosey to the Lake: STEINL

THANG Group 2: The Core of the Matter (GRINDER)
The PAX divided into partners. Partner A ran up the hill on the North side of the lake and completed 10 Merkins at the top of the hill. Partner B started doing 100 reps of the Core Exercises. The partners completed 100 reps cumulatively. When Partner A returned from the hill he tagged out Partner B and took over core exercise.

YHC called “Omaha” and we moseyed to shovel flag, briefly stopping near the Farmers Market for a short bear crawl.

CSAUP. No Doze reminded everyone about the CSAUP tomorrow. We launch from Memorial Park at 6 AM and end at Paradise Cafe in Regency. We are raising money for ALL PLAY. This organization supports baseball leagues for physically disabled people. If we raise $500, we can sponsor an ALL PLAY team in Omaha. Recommended donations is $20 but any donation is welcome.
Shirts. We are selling CSAUP “The Bull” shirts for those completing tomorrow’s CSAUP. They will be available for order next week. Also, F3Omaha shirts will be available for order. Our last pre-order did not hit the 12 shirt minimum. If we get five more shirt orders, we will reach the required minimum.
PAPILLION: We are asking for prayers and support as we explore expanding into the Papillion community. It is our hope that we can expand into that part of our community with a Saturday workout. If you know guys in Papillion, please connect them with The Plague.
THIRD F Q – LEMON LAW. T-claps to Lemon Law who stepped up to lead our Third F initiatives. If you have community service opportunities or desire to lead efforts to deepen our FAITH, please connect with Lemon Law. He has set up a Third F Twitter Account @F3Omaha3rdF and will be soliciting input from the PAX.

For National Armed Services Day, Ethanol read the Soldiers Prayer.

Brave warriors,
should fate find us in battle,
May our cause be just.
May our leaders have clear vision.
May our courage not falter.
May we be triumphant an earn victory
as we show mercy to our enemies.

May our efforts bring lasting peace.
May our sacrifice be always
appreciated by those we serve.
May we return to our loved ones unharmed.
Should we be harmed, may our wounds heal.
Should we perish in the struggle,
may God embrace us and find for us
a place in His Kingdom.
