6:00 AM – It has been stated by so many men how they enjoy the smaller sized groups for beatdown, however this morning, with a larger group, a fantastic energy emanated from this gathering.
I announced the 6am start time loudly, but the mumble chatter of 32 men was awesome. Of course, the Mission Statement and Five Core principles were stated, but it wasn’t until I mentioned 4-1/2 miles did the group really get focused.
4-1/2 miles was not on the Wienke, but we targeted 3 miles and had to get moving in order to get all the miles and reps into a quick 52 minute beatdown session. Off we went.
