The Maize Beatdown

It was a chilly 2 degrees outside with the winds blowing in from the Southeast

8 brave and highly intentional HIMs showed up for what was in store none of them knew.  The were: Obi-Wan, Tardy, Longneck, Tax Man, Ketchup, Barn Door and almost forgetting FP, sorry about that buddy

After a quick intro and recognizing no FNG’s we’re present we started our mosey down to the soccer fields which was all of 30 yards to kickoff the exercise!

Talked about a book that I recently read called The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy

In his book, Darren talks about doing the small things well.  It’s the small details that make up the hole, or the small repeatable decisions that pave our way.  Whether we’re reaching for a goal and digging ourselves out of a situation, if we focus on the small measurable steps to take.  Those small steps will lead to huge wins!!
