The PAX meet at the shovelflags at 5:29, because most were waiting in their cars to have a few extra minutes of dryness. The mission statement was made; the disclaimer was made; the beatdown was begun.

The Thang: The Longest Yard
Folsom had the PAX line up across the end zone for a march down the field to score a touchdown. After years of research, scientists have discovered the hardest way to travel down a football field. Folsom was excited to share this scientific breakthrough with the PAX. The discovery was a move called the LL Cool J. Which is a lunge walk for two steps (LL), a burpee, try to jump forward (Cool), and a standing broad jump (J). Every 20 yards, Folsom called the PAX to huddle up for a core workout. Casket Kickers, Freddy Mercury’s, Reverse Crunches, and LBC’s were all done ICx20, while Big Boys were done by 1 is 1 to 20. After reaching the end zone, Folsom lead the PAX on a mosey back to the opposite end zone because the first time was so nice, Folsom decided to do it thrice. Unfortunately, lightning struck a little too close halfway through the second trip down field, and Folsom called Omaha to lead the PAX on a dead sprint back to their cars. The lightning ended the beatdown so it’s only fitting that it ends the backblast as well.
