4:45am Pre Run: Schrute, Animal House, RayBans, Razzle Dazzle, Nae Nae, Sundance, Boss Hogg, Girl Dad, Swiper
5:15am I got there early today, to set up cones. Solid group of pre runners and we ran the OG Route. I grabbed my coupon and set it down by the flags – Animal House growned, I said, we will only use it if we have an odd number of Pax. On the pre run route I was talking and running with Animal House. He asked about the cones I set up on Main Street and if we were going to use them….he brought up how much traffic there is on that road….I thought more about it and agreed. Time to modify. As I got back from the pre run, I ran down and switched the cones to down by the fairgrounds. Problem solved.
I welcomed the Pax to F3, which is Fitness, Fellowship and Faith – reminding them of the mission to Plant, Serve and Grow small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership. We are a leadership group, growing male leaders.
I am Swiper – the SiteQ here, Skidz chooses who will Q (or lead) each week. This week, I am the Chosen One.
I then covered the 5 core principles of F3. 1) Open to ALL men. 2. Always Free. 3) Always held outdoors, 4) Lead in a rotating fashion and 5) Ends with a Circle of Trust (COT).
There were two FNGs today, Boaz and Samuel.
I reminded the PAX that I am not a professional. Modify as necessary, especially today with the storms looming and what I had planned. From this point forward there is a real risk of injury.
Finally I said our Credo is that we leave no man behind, but we leave no man where we found him. That is about helping men to accelerate, but also, physically picking them up when we run from station to station.
I did a quick count. 27 guys, odd number. Grab that coupon. :). One person would always have the coupon, and when we stop, they could do any workout they want. They can not get rid of the coupon, someone has to take that from them.
I instructed the Pax we would mosey up main street.
5:20am Warm-a-rama
- We mosey’d up the Main Street Hill to 9th Street and the back of the baseball field at Buffalo Park. We stopped at the bottom of the hill for a WAR.

- We then when to the cement wall and would do 20 Box Jumps, on my Up – I made it to 12 before I told folks to finish at their own pace

5:28 Pre Thang – Cowboy Burpees
- We mosey’d back down to the cattle gates. We would partner up and one partner would do AMRAP Cattle Gate Burpees while their partner would Sprint – Super Mario – Broad Jump and then switch.
5:35 Thang – Partner Resistance
- We ran south to some cones I set up. About 25-30 yards

I really want you guys to act like children more often. Ask Why more often.
Why does he act like that? Why do you like that? Why are we doing this? Why aren’t we doing that? Why did I lose? Why did I win? Etc. Ask 7-8 ways when digging in.
I I took us out in Prayer. Per Skidz request, I said hey God, its your boy.
