Warm-O-Rama: Ran around the school to the church for warm-o-rama
High Knees, Sun Gods, Tappy Taps, Butt Kickers, and probably a couple of other exercises
The Thang: I am not a fan of a string of pearls workout, but I led my first one this morning as I thought the track and football field would be closed and locked, but they weren’t
1) Partner up and then partner with another group of 2 (one group stays for the exercise of merkins, squats, or core) while the other group runs around the church – we completed about 3 laps
2) We moseyed over to the east side of the campus along 90th Street and did 3 different exercises and kept with the theme of legs, arms, and core
3) We ran over to William and then to the hill near the tennis courts for a couple of rounds of Bernie Sanders up the hill and 10 monkey humpers at the top and then trade with a partner at the bottom of the hill for some core exercises
4) Mosey to the top of William Street for 20 squats
5) Back to the shovel flags for Mary

6MOM: Rancid style Hammers

Announcements and Prayers: Brick Builder Saturday, June 3rd, Heartland Hope opportunity, June 24th, and some prayer requests for Pete and other family members who are going through some surgeries and need prayers for healing and recovery
COT: I took this opportunity to thank the HIM around the circle for being such an important part of my life these past 4 years. We have been through a lot together and I feel part of a community that has really made a difference in people’s lives here in F3 Omaha and also through some community service projects, we have made a difference for other’s outside of our group. Please reach out to someone you know might be struggling and let them know that you care and are thinking about them today.
Wentworth ended in prayer
