COT. Today was the 2 Year Anniversary of my first F3 Post.  On August 3, 2021, I showed up at Cornhusker Handicap at Swiper’s persistence.  I’m not sure what hooked me that morning, but I bought a pair of gloves that afternoon to prepare for the next beatdown.    My next post was the following Saturday at Oscar Mike.  That was where I learned about the 2nd F, from HIMs like Wentworth, Rollbar, Spacebar, BetaMax and Folsom.  That’s what really got me hooked. In those first weeks and months, I remember many PAX telling me “Good work!” during a workout, when I knew I was not really doing good work.  I was barely holding on.  Running was a challenge, but I recall clearly days when HIMs like Sparty, Obi-Wan, and Superfly came back to pick up my 6.  As I entered my 2nd year of F3, I had gained some level of fitness, and I made a conscious decision to become the guy who told others “Nice work!” and encouraging other PAX.  I hope I have done that and will continue to be that man. I am grateful to all those I mentioned, and countless other brothers who I have met over these 2 years.  Thank you all. Aye, Q-Tip
