7:00 AM – Yogi welcomed the Pax to The Rabbit Hole. The mission Statement, 3Fs, 5 Core Principals and Credo were covered. He advised the Pax that he is not a professional and to modify as necessary. 1 FNG was welcomed.

Yogi had the Pax count off into 3 groups. 3 Stations were set up around the loop northeast of the pond. 1s started at station 1, 2s started at station 2 and 3s started at station 3. Amrap exercises till pushed. Pax switched to the next exercise on the list once returning to a station.

Omaha was called at 7:35. We mosied to the softball field for some Mushball! While waiting in the outfield, Al Gore till ball was in play, while waiting to bat, air squats were performed.
Omaha was called at 7:52 and we mosied back to the shovel flags for 13 Sarpy Slammers.
