COT: “Whenever you feel weak, remember the things that made you strong. Whenever you start to doubt yourself, remember those who believe in you.” I shared that sometimes I struggle with weakness and doubting myself, and I am always reminded of those who believe in me and support me. I encouraged the Pax if they ever felt this way to reach out to family, friends or their F3 brothers. There is always someone there to lean on or ask for help.
Our brother Crankbait took us out in prayer.
