Warm-o-Rama: Run to the lot. Do Inch-burpees (inchworm/burpee hybrid) across the lot.

Thang: Hindenburg BLIMPS

Modified version of BLIMPS. Perform exercise at corner #1, sprint to corner #2, perform exercise. Sprint to corner #3 perform exercise. Then to corner #4, exercise and then back to corner #1. Plank it up until all have finished. Thats one round. Round 1 – 10 Burpees; Round 2 – 20 Lunges; Round 3 – 30 Imperial Walkers; Round 4- 40 Merkins; Round 5 – 50 Plank Jacks; Round 6 – 60 Squats. I made the square too big and we only got through round 4, but we got some running in.

6MOM: Run back to the flag, 20 WW1s, 20 Dying Cockroaches IC, American Hammers Rancid Style.

Announcements: Next week’s Mental Battle will be moved from Monday to Wednesday at 5:15 and include an hour long ruck. Don’t forget CSAUP on the 28th.Several VQs this week. As always, check Slack.
