Competition and challenges:
Life can be challenging, some challenges are small and easy while others are big and difficult but the things that matter most is how you deal with those challenges and if you choose to grow from them. I’m 3 days away from finishing 75 hard and it has been a roller coaster of challenges. Some days end up being easy while other days all I wanted to do was quit. Each of those days was a test to push forward so I can make it to the finish line and get better. Life is also full of competition whether it’s sports or trying to gain a promotion over someone else at work which usually consists of competing against others. But the goal of this beatdown was not to get you to compete against others but to compete against yourself and challenge yourself more than you usually would. I challenge each of you to challenge yourselves today and do something whether its small or big to get 1% better.
