Morning Greeting: Before we got the official show going, Predator was already at the site getting some pre-rucking action in with Woody. Me and Predator got together to get the beatdown set up with the different stations and did a quick run down of our plans. Once we were all coordinated, we were good to go and set for pax.
We kept close tabs on the time and hit our mark right at 5:30 am and began with our Introduction to the group. During the morning introduction Predator provided the Mission Statement, I gave the 5 Core Principles, we gave The 6 Credo and unfortunately we did not have any FNGs in which we were so hoping for but we still had plenty of awesome men to work out with.

Lastly, I just shared with the pax my experience of dealing with communications that make me angry. I have learned to not respond impulsively anymore and have noticed how this tactic has improve my anger management. Over the past year, I really feel I have improved on this bad trait of mine and improved for the better.
