Mulligan introduced himself and explained this is F3 – Fitness, Fellowship and Faith and our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.

Coronado AO Vision: Patton spoke to the vision and importance of the new Coronado AO.  The idea that it is bruiser friendly, but yet still a great workout.  Less running, more stretching, and easy to modify for people dealing with different injuries.  In addition to that, it is partner based.  You and your partner succeed together and push each other and help elevate one another.

TC took us through various stretches and yoga style moves to help get us nice and loose

Pair up with someone – All exercises are 100 reps between the partners.  Do one exercise on the list and then go to the next station.

Stretch-o-rama 

TC led us in post workout stretching to help workout muscle soreness and keep us limber.

● Prayed for Patton’s friend Christain and he continue recovery

Circle of Trust: 

TC spoke about just making the effort. Putting yourself out there and doing the hard things even when you don’t feel like it. Put your hard work and effort towards where you want to be and keep going. It isn’t the easy thing to do, but the reward of doing the hard things are worth it in the end.
