Pre-Thang

After the PAX moseyed over to the parking lot where Bojiorganized a brand new layer of asphalt, Yodel could not resist and had to do 10 Yodeljax with the PAX. This is also known as Motivators until Yodel finds the time to ask for an official renaming of the exercise. Of course, it is a crowd pleaser and everyone was excited about them!

The Thang

Boji and Yodel had 2 stations laid out and the PAX split up in two groups. As we leave no man behind each group picked up the six. \

Team 1 – Push Group (do all of the exercises on the sheet and then push Group 2)

• 20 Squats

• 20 Overhead Claps w Calf Raise

• 20 Overhead Presses

• 20 Merkins

Team 2: Do all of the exercises until you get pushed

• 20 Monkey Humpers (IC)

• 20 Oh-Yeahs (10 on each arm)

• 20 Pickle Pusher (IC)

• 20 Carolina Docks

It wouldn’t be a Yodel and Boji lead workout without some good music. Boji made sure to play some good old country music thorughout tha thang. Yodel took over later and made the crowd to do the following Extra Thang:

Song – Coolio – Gangster’s Paradies:

Throughout the songs, the PAX were looking each other in the eyes, bumped theirs fists and did squats. As we are all wannabe gangsters, we did a bropee whenever Coolio sang “gangster”

We then moseyed back to the shovel flag, did some ab exercises and Boji and Yodel talked about what the number 20 means and why it is important to always honor what the American Flag stands for: Freedom and Unity.

We then prayed together.
