The Battlefield 4/6
A lovely 23 degree morning at The Colosseum ! Welcome to F3 ! I went through all the normal introductions and no FNG’s
We’re present. PAX included: cutting edge, Penny, Marshall, Black Lung, Splinter, Safe Ride, da Vinci, Jeeves, Tom, Tom, Vanilla Ice, and Canadian bacon.
Warm A Rama! We did 3/4 run around the track and and then stopped for some stretches. Side straddle hop, big ones Nice and sloooooow! We then lined up in a long row in lane 4 of the track. We chain run for one for lap, then headed up the steps of the bleachers, zigging up and sitting down. Once at the bottom, we did 20 dips and 20 Durkin’s. Followed by 10 dips and 10 Durkin’s. We the made it to midfield.
THE THANG: we split into groups of 3 to 4. Cones were set up in a diamond formation with four points, roughly 12 yards away from each other. At each con you did 15 of the exercises. First set was Lunges then Squats. Second set was Bear Crawl then Merkins. Third set was Jump Squats into WW1 sit-ups. After you completed a set, you ran 200 meters before moving to the next set. We had a great soundtrack of 90s American metal.
