I arrived early to set out some lights and exercise sheets on the football field prior to the pre-run. Much to my surprise, I found a new logo painted in the middle of the field which was very fitting for my planned COT.
17 PAX arrived at the Flags and heard the Core principles, Mission, credo, and disclaimer.
We stayed right here in the parking lot to jump into Warm-a-rama which consisted of 15 IC each: SSH, Tappy Tap, Imperial Walkers, and Cherry Pickers
The Pre-THANG
We completed an Indian run around the neighborhood which allowed everyone at least one time of sprinting to the front of the line. It was a nice long uphill climb until the end.
We re-grouped in the parking lot to split into two groups and headed to the football field for…..
The THANG
The two groups split with one starting on the North end and the other on the South end of the field. The groups stayed together for the entire beatdown.

I lost count as to how many times we completed each group of exercises but it was a good push and allowed for great mumblechatter. Pit Stop had one-liners for days as we moseyed between each station. Something about foreign transaction fees and being filled with hot air!
“Omaha” was called and we moseyed to the middle of the field to take advantage of the new logo in the middle of the field for Mary.
6MOM consisted of:

- F3 Pink-out for breast cancer awareness month and partnered with Project Pink. Holding a poker tourney Oct. 22 at JE Dunn’s office. Also donations going on now with T-shirt and Hoodie offerings
- DaKine said a group of HIM will be at Valas on Saturday night with a fire pit reserved for anyone that will be around.
Prayers:
- Big Unit stopped in for COT and asked for prayers for his family as their beloved cat just passed.
Circle of Trust:
Everyone has a cellphone and remembers to charge it on a daily basis so it is always ready when you want to use it. Well we need to keep ourselves fully charged also physically, mentally, and spiritually. F3 is a great way to stay charged up in all of these areas. The workouts charge our bodies physically, the friendships and shield locks keep us charged mentally, and the COT keeps us charged up spiritually.
Get out there and continue to EH your friends, family, and neighbors so they can be recharged to become HIM in the community.
