At 0530, G String shouted “It’s 5:30, let’s go”. The group took off on the run as he welcomed the PAX to the Sandlot, stating F3 stands for fitness, followship, and faith. He covered the 5 core principles – it’s free, open to all men, always outside, it’s led in a rotating fashion, and it ends in a circle of trust. He told them that we leave no man behind and no man where we found them. G String stated the Mission Statement to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership and that he is not a professional. He didn’t see any FNG’s there.
Warm a Rama:

The group ran to and around Hunter’s Crossing along the trail that circles the neighborhood then back down through the industrial district to the flags.
Returned to the flags for Mary – 16 Sarpy slammers.

Show me a man’s schedule and I’ll tell you what’s important to him. When’s the last time you scheduled a date night for you and your M? When’s the last time you scheduled a one-on-one evening with you and just your son? When’s the last time you scheduled just a night to yourself or a night out with the dudes? You need to intentionally schedule and pursue things in your life. Baby Shark is a great role model in living this way. He and his M sit down every year and schedule out the entire year of concerts or trips. Live your life with intention and schedule the things that are important to you.
