Baba O’Reily. The PAX moaned and grunted through 3 minutes of strait imperial walkers while listening to the epic song Baba O’Reily by the rock band The Who. Q Honey Stinger changed directions with Cherry pickers for 1 min but then returned to Imperial Walkers for remaining minute

Mosey to open field


Bermuda Triangle. PAX performed 3 rounds of 30 yard bear crawls and multiple burpees.

Chumbaburpees. The PAX performed 5 minutes of SSH and Burpees to the sweet sounds of Tubthumping by ChumbaWumba.

Mosey to pavilion structure

PAX partnered up and completed 2 rounds of 10 pull-ups.

Indian Run. PAX combined into two groups of 10 and completed an Indian Run around the block of the shopping complex

COT. PAX closed with count o Rama and name O’rama. Q Honey Stinger closed by asking the PAX to “be the best version of themselves” by pushing themselves outside of their comfort zones. “Man was not meant to merely tread water but to kick ass”. In order to do this we have to challenge ourselves to do things we don’t feel comfortable doing. You miss 100 percent of the shots you never take.
