5:30 AM AH welcomed the Pax to F3 – reminding them of the F3 Mission: Plant, Grow and Serve small workout groups of men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
AH then recited the 5 core principles of F3. 1) Free of charge 2) Open to all men. 3) Held outdoors, 4) Peer led in a rotating fashion and 5) Ends with a Circle of Trust (COT). AH placed special emphasis on the always outside part.
No Friendly New Guy’s (FNGs).
We skipped warm-a-rama because we were here to run.
The Thang: 420
We left the Halleck Park Duck Pond parking lot to E Halleck St, to Parc Drive to Cedardale Road to Applewood Drive and ended at a newish fine establishment on the corner of 72nd Street and Highway 370.
In the front of this newish fine establishment, we completed:
- 20 Monkey Humpers (IC)
- 10 Oh Yeahs on our right arm
- 10 Oh Yeahs on our left arm
We returned to Halleck Park via 72nd Street to the Papio Creek Trail.
We ended a little early so we could join the Steel Mill for Beans VQ COT. Great job Beans!
