Hei Hei welcomed PAX to the Wolf Den pop-up. Went through core values, mission statement, credo… forgot to mention he wasn’t a professional. Hopefully no one was confused.
The PAX moseyed over to the bleachers.

Thing 2
Due to the size of the group and the exhaustion following the fartlicks, I adjusted on the fly here. We partnered upand did a two-man grinder, alternating exercises on one sideline while the partner ran across the field and back.
COT:
Talked about the importance of living the mission of F3. We can’t just live that IN F3, WITH these people… we need to take it out to our communities for it to take effect.
