The Thang
Three station workout:
Divided the PAX into three teams which amounted to partnering up.
Station 1:
Cones are arranged in the middle of the field with one small circle being within a larger circle. This is the target.
The team throws the frisbee. If it lands within the target, they get:
Inner circle = 23 squats
Outer circle = 23 merkins
Outside the circle = 10 burpees

This is my first beatdown of 2023. Probably the same for a lot of you. I often have felt in 2022, that my enthusiasm for getting up and going to a beatdown has started to grow stale. My goal in 2023 is to embrace the challenges before me and remember to stop giving myself outs. Happy New Year and LFG!
