In an effort to keep the community updated on the newest workouts, happy hours, book studies and service projects, we share the F3OMAHA COMZ –  The O-Rag.  F3Omaha is comprised of 111 men who lead FREE workouts on a rotating basis.  For the most updated workout information, follow @F3Omaha on Twitter.
