KOA welcomed the Pax to F3 – reminding them of the mission to Plant, Grow and Serve small workout groups for the re-invigoration of male community leadership. No new guys.
KOA went on to cover the 5 core principles of F3.
1) Open to ALL men.
2) Always Free.
3) Always held outdoors
4) Lead in a rotating fashion
5) Ends with a Circle of Trust (COT).

PAX moseyed to the football field carrying an extra coupon…we decided this concluded the Warm-O-Rama 😊.

PAX performed 15 Thrusters, 15 Rows, 20 Thrusters, 20 Rows, 25 Thrusters, 25 Rows, 20 Thrusters, 20 Rows, 15 Thrusters, and finally 15 Rows. This concluded the pre-thang.

PAX split into 2 groups. Group one completed AMRAP big boys while group 2 completed a gauntlet of 20 yards double coupon carry, 20 yards murder bunny, 20 yards bear crawl and 10 burpees. The PAX then returned through the gauntlet in reverse order and pushed group 2. PAX completed about 5 runs through the gauntlet. Omaha was called.
PAX moseyed back to the shovel flags.

PAX counted off 5 HIMs. We then went into Name-o-rama. The following member were present: Fun Dip, Dozer, Feeny, Milo, KOA.

COT
KOA shared a message today about paying attention to your young children and some of the details that are important in their life. He reflected on his youngest daughter Julia who started a game this past week in the house called “who knows Julia best?” As you can imagine it involved guessing what Julia’s favorite things were and those who were closest got points. It just reminds KOA that in the hustle and bustle of life, we need to slow down and pay attention to detail in our kids lives, but also those who are important to us. Details matter.
