The weather was overcast and a balmy 34 degrees – by far the warmest day of the year and it was evident as there were bare leg sightings in shorts (Brazilian and The Plague) and plenty of short sleeve shirts as well.

Khakis gave the mission statement, disclaimer and the F3 Motto. He then led the PAX to the pavilion for the Warmarama.

THE THANG
The PAX then counted off, partnered up, and broke into 2 groups of 9. One partner put on a backpack weighing anywhere from 20-35 lbs. and ran together around the park 1 time quarter mile. Their partners styed pack in the pavilion and did the following:
15 INVERTED MERKINS
20 AIR SQUATS
15 DIPS
10 HYDRAULIC SQUATS (IC) and sometimes while doing Sun Gods
AMAYC SUN GODS until ALL runners had returned.
This was done 5 times and our brothers walked the walk not just talk to the talk and made sure no brother was left behind.
The 6th and final lap we shed our packs and flew around the park – it was a symbol for the freedom we feel when we let go of unneeded weight holding us back.
THE COT
Announcements – we were reminded of the 2 new AOs opening the first this Friday Futurama led by No Doze and next Tuesday Wild Kingdom led by Tonight Show.

Khakis then reflected on his own time with F3 and he was so appreciative that he was never left behind and certainly wasn’t left where he was at. Khakis then spoke about what the meaning of thenumber 71 what it symbolizes since we are 71 days in the year. It emphasizes building things intended to last generations, whether material or social structures that have meaning, and pointed to the development of F3 Omaha and how far we have come in less than one year and how many lives that have been positively affected by F3. Looking forward to the 294 days remaining in the year and how that number symbolizes trust in yourself and all the hard work you have been putting in will pay off. The Angel number 294 wants you to know that your future depends on your present, and what you are doing now is securing your future.
Finally on 3-12 Khakis quoted from John 3: 12 I have spoken to you of earthly things and you do not believe, how then will you believe if I speak of heavenly things? Khakis then asked The Plague to bring us all together in prayer since he was the man that brought Khakis in to come help building something on that December day in a Hy-Vee parking lot that will forever impact his life.
