Polaroid arrived early to setup and count off distance between stations.  As the sun rose over Memorial Park on a beautiful Thursday morning the PAX and pre-runners began to arrive. Mission Statement, disclaimer and principles were shared.

21IC SSH SILENT AFTER 11 – Clockwork Merkins if messed up.  All was going to well until Side Dish’s timely late arrival.  Arriving around 15 ensured that the count was to be messed up.  Punishment ensued and 40 Merkins were completed.

Post-Thang – Ultimate up the park.

PAX would be allowed one throw per person as we made our way from Dodge Street to the base of the newly installed statue.  Our holes were a mix of Par 1 & 2 throw holes.  Depending on how far from the hole we ended up exercises reflecting that distance would be completed.  Exercises listed below.

Broadening my social circle has been one of the most impactful and useful strategies for managing not only stress but general insecurity.  This insecurity can lead to negative self image, job stress, perfectionism and in general self isolation.  Imposter syndrome can be a big deal and something I personally struggled with for years – and still do at times. My remedy has been to broaden my social circle, lean into relationships and those that care about you.  F3 has played a massive part in helping to instill this confidence.
