1. Be committed and be there.
    • We’ve found that AOs take on the personality of the SITE Q in a lot of ways. If the SITE Q is not committed the PAX will not be committed and the AO will suffer. The SITE Q needs to be ready to make a commitment to post every workout barring travel or sickness/injury.
    • SITE Qs should have read or be reading Freed to Lead to understand the F3 mission
    • SITE Qs should participate in Shield Lock events or mentoring
  2. Be organized and proactive.
    • Keep a Q rotation set out at least a few weeks in advance
    • Recognize conflicts and scheduling issues early.
    • Keep Q’s emails addresses up to date.
    • Be ready with announcements in COT.
    • Be on top of F3 Omaha events.
  3. Be positive and encouraging.
    • The SITE Q ideally can be out front “leading the charge” or in the back, playing sweeper and encouraging the slower guys and FNGs.
    • Like the workout Q, the SITE Q is constantly scanning the PAX to fill the need that is there. PAX are lagging, energy is down? SITE Q is ready to step up with an encouraging word or show of energy. FNGs or slower guys falling off the back? SITE Q is ready to alert the workout Q and sweep to the back to encourage the six.
    • Encourage the workout Q as needed – help design the beatdown, offer to co-Q, watch the clock and pick up the six
  4. Ensure backblast name-o-rama video posted by workout Q shortly after the workout
  5. Ensure backblasts are posted within 24 hours, and preferably the same day as, each workout.
  6. Have twitter presence.
    • To alert PAX of scheduling issues
    • Pump up the next day’s workout
    • Sell the PAX on attendance
  7. Make sure to have on hand the FNG signup website to enter FNGs right after COT.
  8. Make sure to have someone there, generally the workout Q unless he’s visiting the AO, to fill the above SITE Q roles if the SITE Q has to miss because of travel or sickness/injury.
  9. Work with the Nan’tan Or First F Q on any issues regarding scheduling, events, workout splits or any unique workout issues to make sure they are aware of issues and can work with the SITE Q on a resolution that best serves F3 Omaha as a whole.
