5:30 – Q called the meeting to order looked around the circle at the quantity of HIM standing before him which ratcheted up the pressure. Co-Q’s alternated through the introductions where they recited the mission statement, 5 Core Principles, and Creedo. We asked if any FNG’s were present…which there were none however we did have two first time Coronado visitors. We then broke for warmarama (more to come on the disclaimer)
Warm – A – Rama – Blacktop to the north of the school.
There was nothing preplanned other than Ketchup did 3 exercises and Chowda did 3. If you are reading this with the intent to copy…Free to Lead but for reference we did some cherry pickers, big ones, tappy taps, michael phelps, side straddle hops and we ended with Yodel thrusts with mandatory eye contact.
Pre-Thang – Blacktop to the north of the school.
Ketchup took the Pre-Thang and explained the following:
All Pax lined up against the wall for a wall sit 3 sec coupon pass – we did one round of down and back.
Following coupon pass PAX partnered up for more wall sits while partner bear crawled 15 yards did 10 merkins and bear crawled back. Partners switched and did the same thing. This was repeated twice.
We then followed that up with another round of wall sit with coupon pass down and back.
Following wall sits we did the snake style big boy coupon pass.
The PAX were instructed to lay down in a long straight line alternating head to head and toe to toe. A coupon was given to the PAX member at the head of the line and we started doing Big Boys. After each big boy you passed the coupon to the person laying next to you. So either you passed it over your head if you were head to head to the person behind you or you handed it the person you were looking at if you were feet to feet. We went through this once.
It was prior to this exercise that the disclaimer was stated thanks to Mufasa recognizing that there was a real possibility that someone could smash their face.
Once done with the Pre-Thang – Chowda led us to the Thang.
The THANG
Pax Numbered off into groups of 4 and were instructed to go to one of 4 stations. Station 1 was the push group. Remaining groups would work through exercises with their partner until they were pushed.

Chowda called Omaha at 6:05 and we circled up for Mary:
Ketchup called for 6inches of madness and Chowda called 1 round of hammers and we were done.
Lots of 2nd and 3rd F opportunities, shovel flag passes, so check slack and/or twitter.
For COT Q asked for the 6th man in the group to come up and tell us about himself…Smelly Cat and T-Party were the men selected. Both men talked about their families and how F3 has helped them even through they are at very different stages in their journey. T-Claps to both men for sharing about their lives.
Co-Q’s called an end to the activities and Chowda led us out in prayer!
