Procrastination is a jester of mine, of which I’ve been spending some time reflecting on how if affects my day-to-day routine. I put off home projects all the time. This results in annoyance for me and just adds a little unnecessary stress. But the worst is when I procrastinate on things I need to do for myself. That’s when the stress levels really really rise and affect me daily routine.
Once I face those things I need to do for myself, I feel better having done them and the stress levels decrease. I need to remind myself of this and do better going forward.
