Thang: split into three groups. Each group starts at a different station, completes exercises, moves to next station once the entire group is finished.

  1. Behind statue: 30 step-ups / 20 box cutters / 20 burpees / 20 count plank
  2. Circle: 30 LBCs (IC) / 20 peter parker merkins / 20 monkey humpers (IC) / 1 lap bear crawl
  3. Base of hill: 30 mountain climbers / 20 flutter crunches / 20 carolina dry docks / bernie up hill

Wash, Rinse, Repeat
