After a welcome and providing the disclaimer, Curds had the PAX mosey across Stinson Park for Warm-A-Rama.

PAX moseyed to the stage for the Thang.
Curds had the PAX form pairs. One member of each pair ran a lap around Stinson Park while the other partner performed exercises with concrete pavers that may or may not have been major pieces of Curd’s driveway.

After PAX planked for six, part two of the THANG began on the stage.
Partners did the “20 Sec of Twist” Partners stood back to back in a squat position and passed the pavers back and forth. Each pair passed the paver 20 times. Next, partner A did the Kettle bell swing (20x) while partner B planked. PAX did two cycles of 20 sec of Twist and Kettle Bell Swing.

Announcements: Wait Time announced that we are testing a West Omaha AO on Thursday morning (5:30 AM) at White Hawk Park on F and 203rd. The location of the workout will be tweeted out to the PAX.
