18 PAX arrived at the Flags and heard the Core principles, Mission, and disclaimer.
We stayed near the parking lot near the flags for Warm-a-rama which consisted of 15 IC each: SSH, Tappy Tap, Imperial Walkers, and Cherry Pickers
Warm-a-mosey took us around the park path as a preview for the Thang to come for approximately a 0.5 mile mosey.
The THANG #1
We broke into 2 man groups for a good old fashioned two man grinder. This might have a little more running than you’d think for a grinder.
Group #1 stayed near the playground and worked on the list of exercises listed below as a progressive count with their partner.
- 50 – Pullups
- 100 – Bonnie Blairs
- 150 – Overhead Claps
- 200 – Squats
- 150 – Seal Claps
- 100 – Lunges
- 50 – Merkins
Group #2 ran a 0.2 mile lap from the playground to the basketball court and back to relieve their partner.
Most groups got through the entire set at least once and started on a second round. “Omaha” was called and we took that “long” mosey back to the shovel flags for Mary.

- Frozen Freddy’s – 15 IC (Gator)
- 1 round of Rancid style American Hammers

Circle of Trust:
What’s your Purpose?
Why do you do F3?
Why are you part of Queenservice?
Why do you participate in 3rd F events?
I do F3 for many reasons. My self, My family, to live better, to have more energy, to look better. But, I think one of my hidden reasons I started the journey was to inspire others. Initially it was to inspire my family to become healthier. My mom, dad and sister have all been overweight most of my life. My brother has been an alcoholic smoker for years. Several things that have led them to their paths have taught me lessons and made me want to be different. So, in return I think I wanted to lose my extra 30-40 lbs so that I didn’t follow their paths. I wanted to lead my own path as well as try to inspire them to live better, healthier lives so they could feel better about themselves.
So I just ask everyone in this circle to think about your purpose. What is your purpose for doing the things that you do everyday?
Yogi led us out in prayer.
Aye!
