I welcomed the PAX of F3 Omaha to the Dangerzone. F3 stands for Fitness, Faith and Fellowship, the 5
core principles : always free, open to all men, always outside, pier lead in a rotating fashion and ends in
a circle of trust. The mission statement was recited and then I announced that I am not a professional

Crankbait’s friend Kaylen
COT
My brother and sister in-law just had a baby and it made me reflect on my own four children being born.
Three of my four were admitted to the NICU immediately upon being born and the last one almost
loosing my M due to her almost bleeding to death. During these times I needed to be the rock and hold
everything together while all attention went to my babies and M as it should, but I needed a “wingman”
to ask if I was doing ok as in a man to man conversation to which no one had asked and to this day still
never has. These should have been some of the happiest times of my life which of course they were but
also turned out to be some of the loneliest. We as men need to have the man to man conversation so
that we can be that ROCK for our friends and family…. Be that Wingman!
I took us out in prayer.
AYE, Low Flow
