The PAX gathered in the parking lot, as I rolled in hot. Almost late again… so no time to set up cones and winkies. Stated the mission statement, the 5 core principles, the disclaimer, and then Huffy told them to move out to the hospital. Ran east across 84thstreet.

Pre-Thang

image001.pngHuffy had the PAX do legs at the bottom, and upper body at the top. Lansbury was calling for air presses.. which I interrupted and told him to do a real exercise. So he audibled to merkins. 50 of them… should have let him do air presses. Back down, for some bobby hurleys, and then back to the top for Carolina dry docks. ½ through, 7 PAX almost died from a car coming up fast over the hill… my bad guys. Back down and return to the AO for the thang.

 

The Thang

Due to coming in so hot, I had no time to set up my cones on the upper rainbow road trail, so we audibled to do the smaller loop around the soccer field. On the first side, we did 10 groiners, 15 merkins, 20 jump tucks, 25 big boy situps, and 30 squats. All PAX ran 400 meters to the other side and did 10 plank jacks, 15 werkins, 20 jump squats, 25 LBCs, and 30 bobby hurleys. Ran 400 meters back to the start. Repeat exercises. Omaha was called.
