The Q Kicked off the festivities promptly at 5:15 where he stated the mission statement, five core principles, disclaimer and credo. Q asked if there were any FNG’s…of which there was none…and then Q explained that as this was his first time Q’ing Fancy Feast we were going take a tour around the campus and learn some history. At various points throughout the morning, the Q will stop and ask a question. If you get it right, we do 10 merkins, if we get it wrong 5 burpees.

As far as the work out went…it consisted of Warmarama and running and exercises at each stop. For Warmarama we stayed a the flags and did the following exercises: Micheal Phelps

Once done, we started running with key landmarks as shown below. Questions:

Other fun facts!
Thirteen Millard schools have earned the Blue Ribbon Award from the U.S. Department of Education. The American Library Association has called Millard’s school libraries among the best in the nation. The American Music Conference has named Millard’s music program one of the top 100 programs in the country. Kiplinger’s Magazine cited the “top-rated, nationally recognized” Millard School District as one of the reasons Omaha rates No. 3 in the list of the Top 10 Best Cities for 2008. Millard is one of three districts nationwide profiled in the book: Leading Change, The Case for Continuous Improvement, published by The National School Boards Association.
