5 core principles of F3. 1) Open to ALL men,2) Free of charge, 3) Always outside, 4) Led in a rotating fashion, and 5) Ends with a Circle of Trust (COT).
The motto of F3 is to leave no man behind, but leave no man where we find him.
I am not a professional fitness instructor. Therefore, the PAX were instructed to modify as necessary.
There were no FNGs today.

COT:
You get what you give in life. If you work hard to improve your craft, you will perform better, earn raises and promotions and be better off, If you work harder at beatdowns to improve your fitness levels you will see dividends in times, repetitions, cardiovascular level. If you work harder on your family life you will get a better marriage, relationship with your 2.0’s, extended family and beyond. If you volunteer and help out in the community your personal mental and physical health will improve and you will get so much more than you are giving. Find the areas that matter and put in the work and give everything you can to receive even more bounty to continue to give.
Cheers,
Star-Lord
