5:30 AM- Welcome to F3, Fitness, Fellowship & Faith. The mission of F3 is to Plant, Serve and Grow small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.
The 5 core principles of F3.1. Open to all men2. Always FREE3. Always held outdoors4. Lead in a rotating fashion5. Ends with a Circle of Trust (COT)
5:35 AM- We line up as a group. I explain the plan, run together with another partner, get to know them better.
5:40 AM- We start our run, head down Lincoln road to 96thStreet, turned north to West Papio trial, turned east head back to Halleck park via trail.
6:05 AM- We arrive back to Halleck Park and finish our 4-mile run as a whole group. We circle back to pick up the six. The workout ends, called Omaha.

COT- Pace Yourself. I have been running hard lately, being pulled in lots of different directions, work, family, kid’s activities, etc. I ask the question What is your Why? I remind the group to slow down and enjoy every moment. My challenge is to spend on extra hour purposely with your M and 2.0’s. “God’s plan for your life is greater than your plan, Plan less and trust more.” Jon Gordon
