The PAX moseyed over to the open area. Slightly damp – Site Q clearly forgot to cover the playing the surface prior to the previous night’s rain event.

Partner 1 does exercise while partner 1 sprints hills (then switch); do each exercise 3 times through before moving to next

Weddings optional; funerals mandatory. This was similar to a title of a chapter in Rudy Giuliani’s leadership book, and the theme of an Art of Manliness post that Greenhouse shared with me. Engage the inconvenient and sometimes uncomfortable situations when being there for someone might be meaningful. It’s easy to be there in the good times – be there in the difficult times, as well.
