5:30 – Bayside welcomed the PAX to F3.
Mission Statement: Our mission is to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for men for the re-invigoration of male community leadership.
5 Core Principals: 1. Open to all men 2. Free of Charge 3. Always held outdoors 4. Lead in a rotating fashion 5. End in Circle of Trust
Credo: Leave no man behind but leave no man where you found him.
Not a professional, so modify as necessary.
Not a great start for the FNG, Adam (now Betty), as he pulled up at the tail end of the intro.
The plan for the morning was to complete a string of pearls style beatdown, which consists of moseying broken up by various exercises. Bayside added a spin to it though, and had a list of 25 random exercises. At each stop, a PAX member would choose a number and the corresponding exercise was completed. The warm-a-rama exercises were completed at the first 3 stops and then the bolded Thang exercises were chosen at some point by each HIM.

Prayer Requests: Prayers for Fine Print, as he’s in the interview process and exploring a new career.
COT: After thinking about a number of topics that I could discuss for my COT, I chose to go with a ‘Choose Greatness’ approach. Each of us as men has a choice to make each day. Do we get up angry or lazy and just get through the day or life in general, or do we choose to get up and choose greatness and accelerate through life? As men of F3, I’m confident that most have chosen greatness, but it’s a great reminder of it being our chose and has difficult as life can be, sometimes we need to force ourselves to be great.
Took the PAX out in a Ball of Man.
AYE!
