5:30 AM – YHC welcome PAX, reviewed mission statement and 5 Core Principles.  Credo noted. 

We took a very short mosey to the North Endzone for Warm-A-Rama.  We did some SSH, Tappy Taps, Imperial Walkers and good ole fashioned touch toes to stretch out.

YHC told the PAX that because the field and track are going to be closed this summer (new track install), he wanted to run today.  For the Thang, we did 50 reps of each exercise below, ran a lap, then did the next exercise.  We got into small groups for this.

  • 50 Hand Release Merkins
  • 50 Lunges
  • 50 Carolina Dry Docks 
  • 50 Alt. Shoulder Taps – IC
  • 50 Air Squats
  • 50 Werkins
  • 50 Mountain Climbers
  • 50 Bobby Hurley’s
  • 50 Burpees

Continued until Omaha was called around 6:02am.  Some light mumblechatter this morning, mainly about the 90 Alternative Rock mix on Spotify.  We then did a quickie Mary of some Box Cutters, Low Dollys and American Hammers. 

Prayer requests mentioned and noted.  COT:  Today’s COT was about “what a difference one week can make”.  YHC had one helluva last week. My household had the GI bug visit along with some other random kid sicknesses. If you are going through a tough time, keep this mantra in your mind.   YHC also was on the Q last week and had to have a backup sub Q lined up due to the stomach bug.  I fortunately made it but looking back from last week to this week, it was a huge change from getting over being sick to back to 100%.  Keep this in mind. Closed in prayer.
