Prethang – ran around the neighborhood to the hill – southside of park

• Partnered up – partner planks and other runs to top of hill & does 5 merkins.  Modify with a bear crawl up the hill.

• Rinse and repeat until we have done 5 sets

The Thang – 4 corners

As a group we did rotating exercises at each corner of the soccer field. We took turns naming our exercise and leading.  Running between corners

Continued until Omaha was called

I spoke about staying ready both physically and professionally so if you are asked to help/jump in/or perform a task – you are ready to go.  You don’t have to take time to get ready
