Seeing as how Paradise Island was invited to the Rabbit Hole, we would incorporate some of Paradise into this beatdown. The PAX took off west on Military Ave towards 72nd street. At 72nd Street the PAX turned and went north towards Ames Ave. At this corner the PAX circled back for the six and then continued down to the Yummy Crab for stop 1. The PAX took a 10 count rest before Icy Hot gave instructions for the exercise.

Motivators – Start at 7

The PAX continued down Ames Ave until reaching a grassy area near 66th Street. At this stop the PAX took another 10 count of rest before completing the exercise

Merkin Waterfall/Wave – Start with 1 and go to 5.

As the PAX completed the waterfall the PAX tried to pass a golf ball, that was found in the grass prior to starting the merkins, around the circle without dropping it. Finally on the last waterfall of 5 the PAX completed the challenge.

From here the PAX ran up one of the steepest hills, North 66th Street, in F3 Omaha. Everyone made it up and at the corner we waited for everyone, took 2 10 counts for rest and then ran down hill to the outfield of the baseball field near Military Ave.

Icy Hot introduced the PAX to a game, Brisketball, that they would play for the next 20 minutes. This game is a mixture of Ultimate Frisbee, Touch Football, and Rugby. Mahon it came time to split up into teams, Spreadsheet had the great idea of splitting up into one team with headwear and one team with no headwear.

The team with no headwear took control of the game late and won 17-12. A lot of fun was had and it truly was Sunday Funday!

At 750am Omaha was called and the PAX returned to the Shovel Flags.

Announcements: Today is Tater Tot’s 4 year F3 Anniversary!!!! Thank you Tater for taking what Wait Time brought to Omaha and elevating it! Heartland Hope drive is currently going on. Please contribute if you can.

Prayers: The PAX had prayer requests for Judy, Tinely, and Chuck that we prayed for during the final prayer.

COT:

I opened up talking about today being Wife Appreciation Day. This day is a great reminder for me because it is easy to take all the things that my wife does for granted. My wife is the one that keeps the schedules straight, the dishes clean, the food on the table, laundry cleaned, and so much more. There is more I could be doing and should be doing. What can we as men do to make things easier for our wives or significant others. Sometimes it is about doing and sometimes it is just about offering to help in some way. Be a better husband today and everyday. Don’t lose sight of the things that are done that allow us to be here in the gloom.

Aye! Icy Hot
