Mosey to football practice field for Pre-Thang #1              

Pre-Thang 1:     

Cones set up roughly 50 yards apart in a square shape on the football field.  2 cones set up at 25-yard midpoint, marking an imaginary line across field.  All PAX line up at one end of square at  starting line.   At “go”, Bear Crawl to halfway line, then Broad Jump Burpee to end line (50 yards total). Al Gore til six is in, then repeat coming back to starting line.

Pre-Thang 2:     

Flapjack.  Teams of 2.  At “go”, execute 1 Diamond Merkin each, then run to cone line at midfield, execute 14 Jump Squats each, then run/return to original starting line, execute 2 Diamond Merkins, back to midfield for 13 Jump Squats, etc.  Rinse and repeat until reach 14 Diamond Merkins and 1 Jump Squat, then plank together until six is in.

The Thang:        

Same teams of 2.  Four Corners, cones 50 yards apart in square shape.  Group up with another team of 2, with each team starting at cones diagonal from each other.  At “go”, both partners complete the entire exercise list, then advance clockwise together to next cone and again complete exercise list before advancing.  Goal is to catch the other team by tagging them.  If caught, losing team has to complete 30 burpees between them.  Continue until “Omaha” called.
